Micro Finance Scheme
In 1996, Sandhya began to organize Self Help Groups (SHGs) for women. Vikas Credit and Informal Banking Service (VICIB) was founded to coordinate the functioning of SHGs and act as a federation of the groups.

Sandhya has convinced and implemented a micro insurance for the members of the SHGs with nominal premium. Encouraged by the response to the scheme, we began to implement LIC schemes and now we are a recognized corporate agent of the LIC.
